Tell us about the property.

A short request is enough, or choose a time on the calendar below. Consults are in person at the property when possible, with video or phone available.

  1. 01The city the property is in, and whether it is a second home, a primary residence, or being prepared for sale.
  2. 02Anything already urgent: an arrival, a storm, a project, a vendor you want kept.
  3. 03A few times that work, and how you would like to meet. We prefer to meet in person at the property, but a video or phone call is always an option.
  4. 04We reply by email to confirm. Nothing is booked until you agree to a time.
